designing graphics

I had my first graphics design lesson today and it was tops! Compared to when I was sitting in class for one of my business subjects, I got the feeling that the wheels upstairs were in motion and that I was fascinated by what the course instructor actually had to say. As opposed to the girl who was sitting next to me who was chatting to her friends via MSN and looking at clothes on ebay. There are about seven people in the class and they all look like they just graduated from high school. You can pick out the mature aged student intercepting the instructor for questioning.
Today we were introduced to photoshop and the tools within it. Our homework for the week is to practice using such tools and flick through magazines and ripping ads out that inspire us. Anyway, by the end of the 12 weeks, I should have a portfolio and a t-shirt with something on it. I need to think of a name for my label. Any suggestions? When you think of w-ko what comes to mind? I'm brainstorming and data mapping at the moment.

I have two ideas: either you need to call it 'tops' or 'shit that hangs'. Maybe be the latter isn't appropriate but I will never forget that moment.

I just think of Wilda Knock-Out

obviously you may have to change the w though. But having a picture of someone being savagely beaten wouldn;t be out of the question.

These are all very good ideas especially "shit that hangs". I can still see the stunned expression on Vincent's face. I'm going to think about this on train commutes some more as it is quite an important step. Fuz, you're a dag-meister.
Imagine someone asking: "Where did you get that cool t-shirt?"
Reply: "Shit that hangs"
I must admit, it does have a ring to it. =D

Hey, and if it was a t-shirt, then its hanging on the person... oooh the ambiguity..
