It's that horrible shooting back pain in the lumbar region from sitting on my butt for too long in front of the computer. I spent three hours in the phone with the Prof. this evening going through list of names of people we want to invite to the conference. Thank goodness for my dad's Biofreeze gel! What the hell am I doing? I need to step away from this machine. The pain has been expressed.
