Day 4 - Running

My legs are no longer sore. After the first 15 minutes this morning, I didn't even break a sweat. The next 15 minutes I increased the speed. The time goes faster if you don't listen to any music or watch TV. I concentrated on my breathing, thought about my To Do list for the day and whether or not there would be enough milk for porridge - yep all the important things in life!

Why are there always more people in the gym on a Wednesday? My workmate commented this morning on how cheerful and energetic I looked. Really? I must've been crabby and tired before. Either that, or I hadn't had my first cup of coffee. Well, I can't go tomorrow morning because my first class is at 0830. But I'll make up for it by running up the stairs in the subway.
