I've decided that Friday is my favourite day of the week because I get to spend time with no one but myself. How narcissistic of me, but what can I say? I enjoy my own company. I went to get my Vietnam visa yesterday from the consulate. I have to say it's one of the most disorganised consulates I've ever been to. The staff didn't know whether they were suppose to be approving forms or collecting money. Also no one answers the phone there so the phone just kept ringing. The people who were lining up behind me were so frustrated by the ringing that they were yelling at the staff to answer the phones.
I also went to the flower markets in Mongkok and decided to buy some flowers as spring is upon us. There will be a flower fair at Victoria Park that I'll have to check out. I have no idea what kind of flowers I bought but they have really nice paper thin petals like poppies and I have set them against a backdrop of white fuchsia pink carnations. Too much pink perhaps?

Running - Day 7
It's all going very well. Running like the wind now and working on the upper body movement for more speed.

So you go running every single day? No rest days? Ouch.
In deference to the piggyback ride, I went for a jog, also. Sadly, it went past the patisserie, so I think you might still be in for some trouble.
I rest on Thursdays because I can't get up earlier.
I'm enjoying the running because I'm making progress in leaps and bounds. In other words, I'm addicted to crushing my previously recorded distances and it's like learning to climb all over again.
I preempted your carefree indulgences for baked goods and, out of spite, a pistachio eclair and a portion of a cheesecake was consumed yesterday.
