Fridge explosion

This morning I opened the fridge and it looked as if the little man who lives inside re-enacted scenes from American Psycho. The walls of my fridge were splattered with Coke. I should have taken a photo of it because it looked like a work of art that belongs in a MoMa. The Coke had exploded overnight because I adjusted the fridge settings last night when I discovered a newly bought carton of milk curdled. Now that I think of it, it curdled because it had expired. Anyway, cleaning out the fridge was not the thing I wanted to be dong on a Saturday morning.

Tropical storm Soudelor

I was caught in a storm this afternoon and had to buy an umbrella to protect my camera equipment. I don't believe it either. My zip lock bag was not big enough to cater for my 85mm lens. I need to rethink my future zip lock bag purchases. Needless to say I was soaked to the bone and was required to borrow some dry clothes from HL. Her shorts gave me an uncomfortable wedgey due to the difference in height. In this unsettling weather I should bring with me a pair of shorts and t-shirt whereever I go. Today we baked a very nice chocolate cake. The aroma of it was driving me insane. My brother was sent down to buy ice-cream to go with it but by the time he got back half my slice was already eaten.
