I recieved another package with fruit tingles today. Many thanks but no more for now or else I will start tingling with a sucrose overdose. But does this mean if I start requesting for lumps of uranium I'll get it as well?
I've been downloading podcasts of Denton's Enough Rope and listening to it on the train. It's been quite entertaining. I've listened to interviews of Chris Martin (quite a down to earth and very decent chap), Chris Isaac (incredibly humerous), Leunig (weirdo - but no wonder he can come up with those brilliant cartoons). Also I've been listening to Triple J's Hack to keep abreast of Australian current affairs because I still like to keep my nose in all the good, bad and ugly happenings of my homeland. I also have a bit of a crush on Steve Kinane's voice but I think he is leaving after the lot of shows I downloaded. I have no idea what the man looks like but he can definitely put a twist in the knickers of some politicians.
Now why have I been listening to podcasts on the train and not playing with my Nintendo DS-Lite you ask?
I'm currently stuck on a level in Pac-man at the moment - actually it is really frustrating and it's giving me the shits to the point where I can cause some serious damage to the device. Someone tell me how to kill the purple foamy thing that hangs on a rope in Chapter 6. I'm really close to asking an innocent by-standing geeky kid how to kill him. Some of the pac-mans I draw look like they've come out of a Chernobyl disaster and I can't tell the front from the back and end up running him into the wall and killing him. Space invaders revolution - there are two more rounds I need to get through. Same deal. I always get so close and then I get hit by a bomb and it's all over. I need more lives. I shall persevere.

erm. are u on page 6 chapter six? I suggest shooting away his cloudy thing, and anything else supporting him, then eating him.

Yay for Hack! I love that program and am trying desperately to trade it for some of the more stale lectures etc in one of the uni entrance classes I teach.
fuz: Bwahaha! This could be the funniest piece of advice anyone has given me taken out of context. It all sounds a bit crass but it must be done. Thank you! I just have to aim better.

I went to primary school with Steve Cannane from Hack. He was really funny even as an 8 year old. We all used to hang out for him to tell jokes, and by 6th class, to make cynical comments. Plus he made cynical comments about politics back then, unlike the rest of us. His parents were an unusual thing in Killarney Heights back then: labour party supporters! Plus he loved Easts when everyone else went for Manly. He is tall with dark hair, pale skin and big eyes. Cute as a kid but not sure how that has panned out in adulthood.
